Guided at every step by the Davis community, this corridor plan endeavors to reimagine Russell Boulevard as a dynamic, beautiful, and sustainable gateway to the City and the University.

 

This vision will be based on a Complete Streets and context-sensitive approach that addresses all forms of transportation including bicycles, pedestrians, transit, and vehicles.
